Your Role
As the right hand of the Restaurant Manager, you'll help drive the daily operations of a busy and successful restaurant with a strong team that has been building OTOMAT's story for years.
Your focus? Creating an unforgettable guest experience.
You'll be:
Turning great guest experiences into great results by recognizing sales opportunities and inspiring the team to make the most of every service
Leading by example on the restaurant floor
Coaching and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional hospitality
Recruiting and onboarding new team members together with the Restaurant Manager
Keeping energy levels high, especially during the busiest shifts
Identifying opportunities to improve service, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
Motivating people by understanding what drives them and helping them perform at their best
Training newcomers into full-fledged Pizza Troopers
Taking ownership of the restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is absent
