The Business Development & M&A Division is responsible for Fluxys Group's strategic and international growth. It identifies, develops and implements opportunities for external growth, projects and partnerships in the areas of infrastructure and energy. By overseeing the entire cycle from inception to implementation, the division ensures strategic alignment and value creation, and actively contributes to Fluxys' ambition of shaping a bright energy future.

The BD & M&A Division is looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/x).

Job purpose

As Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President BD & M&A, your role will be to provide first-class administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the division.

You will be responsible for managing the SVP's diary, organising their travel arrangements and handling confidential information, while ensuring effective coordination between the SVP and internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of all administrative tasks, as well as a proactive and pragmatic approach and a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities

You will manage the SVP's work schedule by organising meetings and appointments and handling emails and phone calls
You will coordinate the management of complex diaries and schedules, facilitating smooth and effective communication with other divisions
You will draft, proofread and handle confidential correspondence as well as emails and official documents
You will provide comprehensive administrative support: preparing or organising documents, drafting meeting minutes and updating digital filing systems
You will organise and prepare documents for some division meetings, including agendas, reports and presentations
You will make and coordinate logistical arrangements for business trips, including accommodation and transport
You will manage expense claims and invoice processing
You will help organise and coordinate off-site meetings and events
You will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and act as an ambassador for Fluxys

About you
