At Honeywell, we’re looking for a full-time HR Generalist to join us on a fixed-term contract from August 2026 to February 1st, 2027. This role supports our Building Automation business in Belgium (Diegem) and offers the opportunity to take ownership quickly and deliver visible impact from the start.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, business-driven environment. Someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and teams to strengthen performance, support transformation, and drive effective people decisions.

What you will be doing
- Translate business strategy into impactful HR actions that deliver measurable results
- Partner with leaders to align structure, culture, and talent with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, strengthening leadership capability and decision-making
- Drive talent, performance, and transformation initiatives that move the business forward
- Lead employee relations and stakeholder engagement with confidence and credibility
- Anticipate risks and implement proactive HR solutions that keep the organisation on track
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Belgian HR practices and legislation
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French
