Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Braine Procurement P2P Manager who is impact-driven, resilient, and collaborative to join our team in Braine Supply Chain, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of critical raw materials and components that keep our operations running smoothly. You will translate global procurement strategies into local execution and safeguard production continuity by managing supply risks. You are going to lead procurement performance on site, drive operational excellence, and strengthen supply chain resilience in a fast-evolving environment.
Who you will work with:
You will work closely with the local Procurement team and collaborate daily with Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance and Global Procurement to ensure materials and services are available to support site operations.
You will also maintain strong relationships with suppliers to resolve operational issues, improve supplier performance and support the site’s day-to-day procurement activities.
What you will do:

Lead the day-to-day operational Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities for the Braine site.

Manage and develop the local Procurement team, ensuring efficient execution and high service levels.

Ensure the continuous availability of materials and proactively resolve supply issues to support uninterrupted production.

Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance and Global Procurement to support site operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable deliveries and operational performance.

Monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, inventory levels and lead times, and implement improvements where needed.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve supplier performance and enhance the efficiency of Procurement operations.
