Social Media Manager — Remote · Full-time
Today, the social content across our 3 brands is uneven. ECC has a lively community but its external visibility doesn't reflect its level. Popcard and Sendex need an established presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to support their growth. We're looking for someone who will own this topic end-to-end: strategy, creation, publishing, measurement. Not to execute a pre-built plan — but to build it.
This is not a community manager role in the traditional sense (moderation + engagement). This is a Content Creator + Social Media Manager role: you produce the content that defines how our brands are perceived.

What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation or social media management in a DTC, e-commerce, or media environment
- Portfolio: you can show 5 to 10 pieces of content you're proud of (reels, carousels, posts) with their associated results
- Native proficiency in Instagram and TikTok. LinkedIn is a strong plus for ECC
- Tools: comfortable with CapCut, Canva, Notion. Bonus: Figma, Premiere Pro, Metricool/Later
- French: native or bilingual in writing (tone, vocabulary, cultural references)
- Autonomy: you have already independently managed the social accounts of a brand or founder, without a supervisor
