Your Role
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

Recruiting international fleet personnel based on job interviews or in collaboration with crew agents.

Planning, organising and evaluating fleet personnel worldwide in consultation with the international project teams and ship management.

Payroll management of fleet personnel.

Communicating personnel-related information and following up on questions from fleet personnel to ensure good internal service provision.

Daily communication with crew, ship management and other internal departments involved in order to ensure good internal service provision.

Following up on the administration of the required sailing qualifications and documents and organising the necessary training courses.
What do you need?You have a master's degree. As a school leaver, you are also eligible. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.You are a real problem solver with strong communication skills and someone who enjoys working in a team. You also excel at setting priorities and planning and organising your tasks.You are willing to work part-time (20%) from our office in Luxembourg.
