As Senior Legal Counsel Belgium, you become part of the European Legal Team managed from Paris. You act as a trusted legal advisor to the board, senior management, head office departments and the management teams of our Belgian parks. With your legal expertise, you help the business move forward by translating complex legal matters into clear, pragmatic and future-oriented solutions.
Your daily impact-
You advise the board, senior management and different departments on legal matters within the Belgian organisation.

You support construction projects and related building contracts, with ESG components as an important focus.

You draft, review and negotiate agency and distribution agreements with sales partners.

You identify legal risks, safeguard the interests of the organisation and contribute to strong compliance and security procedures.

You work closely with departments such as Procurement, PR and Marketing, providing legal advice that is practical and business-oriented.
Does this sound like you?-
You have a master’s degree in Belgian law, preferably in private, real estate and/or corporate law, and at least 6 years of recent and relevant legal experience in a law firm or business environment.

You have broad knowledge of contract, consumer and real estate law, experience with ESG projects and regulations, and you are digitally savvy.

You are fluent in English, Dutch and French are a plus, and you combine commercial awareness with strong communication, accuracy, responsibility, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
