About the Role
We are currently supporting an international client based in Belgium in the search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their recruitment team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a seasoned recruiter with strong experience in the tech industry, capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for tech and/or digital roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define sourcing strategies

Proactively source and attract top talent using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices

Drive recruitment projects and contribute to process improvements

Track and report on recruitment KPIs and pipeline activity
Profile
-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on tech roles

Proven experience in an international and/or fast-paced environment

Strong expertise in direct sourcing and stakeholder management

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a high level of autonomy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Language Requirements

Fluent in French and Dutch or
