As a performance strategist, you translate client questions into a solid, results-driven strategy. You know how to build bridges between strategy and digital, you report clearly to clients, and you help shape short- and long-term marketing and media plans to achieve the very best results. KPIs genuinely make you happy, and you understand what reach, engagement, ROAS and GRPs can mean for a brand.

What will you do?

You do everything necessary to make client results transparent and to improve them.
You get the most out of every budget. By monitoring real-time data and optimising campaigns, you make sure agreed targets are met.
You think ahead and closely follow developments in media. Online, offline, AI and user experience all feel familiar to you.
You’re a pitch animal: from a clear strategic framework, you build strong (digital) media plans and present them in a convincing, understandable way.
You create your own reports and challenge other specialists to generate maximum return for clients.

What do we expect from you?

You have at least 5 years’ experience in digital.
You have strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Looker Studio.
Tag management and conversion tracking are not new to you.
You score bonus points for experience with programmatic buying (DV360, Adform or Amazon DSP).
You have expertise in media platforms and know the Belgian media landscape. We have the tools to support you here.
You have knowledge of data and marketing and business automation.
You understand SEO. Experience with Semrush and Google Search Console is a big plus.
You’re not afraid of client contact.
You speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
You know your way around AI possibilities and keep up with trends.
You’re analytically strong and you care deeply about effectiveness.
You can work independently, but you’re also a team player who supports colleagues and helps them grow.
