Mission Overview:
As an experienced AFAS HR Consultant, you will support the HR team at our client in efficiently configuring the AFAS software. Your role will help the team maximize the potential of AFAS, contributing to greater insight, reduced costs, and increased job satisfaction for the HR team and its internal clients. Configurations and optimizations in AFAS, as well as HR processes, are second nature to you.
Responsibilities:

Testing the implementation — You will conduct tests, guide UAT, and ensure the quality of the AFAS setup.

Translating HR needs — You will analyze client requests and translate them into a clear functional design in AFAS, enabling AFAS or our external implementation partner to proceed smoothly.

Optimizing HR processes — You will delve into HR workflows and propose improvements that align with the capabilities of AFAS.

Knowledge sharing and guidance — You will introduce the HR team to new functionalities and provide clear, usable manuals.

Change management — You will assist colleagues in adopting new practices and ensure a smooth transition.

Collaboration with stakeholders — You will work closely with the HR team, the external implementation partner, and the HR Project Manager at our client.
What You Bring as an AFAS HR Consultant:

AFAS experience — You have proven experience in configuring AFAS HR.

HR process knowledge — You understand how HR processes work within organizations and how to optimize them.

Consultancy skills — You are analytical, solution-oriented, and pleasant to work with.

Hybrid availability — You will work on-site in Brussels approximately two days a week.
