Sales Advisor – Luxury Jewelry & Watch Boutique
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote work). As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver a highly personalized and refined client experience, guiding customers through the discovery and acquisition of exceptional jewelry and timepieces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging a local and international clientele with professionalism and elegance
- Presenting our curated selection of fine jewelry and watches, highlighting craftsmanship, heritage, and technical features
- Understanding client needs and accompanying them throughout the entire purchasing journey
- Building long-term relationships and ensuring an exceptional after-sales experience
- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with luxury retail expectations
- Actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Continuously developing product knowledge, including materials, gemstones, and watchmaking techniques
Profile & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a bespoke client experience
- Fluent in French, Dutch or English (mandatory)
- Passion for luxury jewelry and watchmaking, with a genuine enthusiasm for craftsmanship and design (not mandatory)
- Well-presented, detail-oriented, and aligned with luxury brand standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with strong sales skills
- Availability to work weekends and during peak retail periods
