Nous recherchons un(e) serveur(se) passionné(e), avec un goût prononcé pour la cuisine italienne. Vous serez le visage de notre établissement, garant(e) de la qualité de l'accueil, de l'authenticité de l'expérience et de la satisfaction de nos clients.
Responsabilités principales
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les installer
- Présenter la carte, conseiller les clients sur nos pizzas romaines et autres spécialités
- Assurer le service en salle avec efficacité et sourire
- Gérer les encaissements et les transactions avec rigueur
- Assurer le respect rigoureux des normes d'hygiène en salle
- Participer à la mise en place et au rangement de la salle avant et après le service
Profil recherché
- Expérience en tant que serveur(se) appréciée, idéalement en restauration italienne
- Excellent sens du contact et de la relation client
- Passion pour la cuisine italienne et bonne connaissance des produits
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement rythmé et exigeant
- Une formation en hôtellerie-restauration est un atout
- Parler italien est un gros +

About the role
We are looking for a passionate waiter/waitress, with a strong appreciation for Italian cuisine. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for the quality of the welcome, the authenticity of the experience, and the satisfaction of our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat customers
- Present the menu and advise guests on our Roman pizzas and other specialities
- Ensure efficient and friendly table service
- Handle payments and transactions with accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards in the dining area
- Participate in setting up and tidying the dining room before and after service
Ideal profile
- Experience as a waiter/waitress appreciated, ideally in Italian restaurants
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Passion for Italian cuisine and good knowledge of the products
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- A background in hospitality is a plus
- Speaking Italian is a big plus

- Eccellente senso del contatto e della relazione con il cliente
- Passione per la cucina italiana e buona conoscenza dei prodotti
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra in un ambiente dinamico ed esigente
- Una formazione in ristorazione è un plus
- Parlare italiano è un grande vantaggio
