Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist

Role Overview
The GTM Specialist plays a key role in enabling commercial performance across Europe by ensuring accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient go-to-market processes. This role connects operations, analytics, and commercial teams, driving visibility on performance and supporting decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: support the Lead Management team in the creation and validation of specific lead sets leveraging intelligence databases (i.e. fDi Markets of Financial Times)

Air Capacity: prepare and distribute on a monthly basis of the Air Capacity deck, leveraging Seabury data in alignment with the Europe Region Air Network Planning team to compare trends and competitive situation of the UPS Air Network vs Fedex and DHL

Competitive Insights: prepare and validate ad hoc, deep dive, analysis on UPS’s main competitors on a regular basis

Service Change Coordination: Lead RSC (Request Service Change) process, standardize requests, track progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment

Data & Automation: Maintain databases, prepare and improve reporting (like Macroeconomic monthly report leveraging on HIS Markit data, combining GDP, Export, Inflation and Unemployment indicators), and drive automation of recurring processes
