What You'll Do
BCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility.
Your role will include providing support for the University Hiring channel through organising interviews, supporting on the organisation of events and managing the virtual and in person interviews. Also being responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on our recruitment events, applications and assessment processes.
You will:

Work collaboratively with the Campus Team and International Recruiting team as and when required

Supporting the Campus hiring during all aspects of BCG Brussels University hiring

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting processes and be the point of contact for candidates from application to offer stage

Working closely with the University Recruiting Co-ordinator on a daily basis to plan and coordinate interview days

Significant support and leading majority of the application pre-screening process

Accurate tracking of applicants on spreadsheets and the recruiting database

Support with candidate interviews including, scheduling and interview information both in advance and during the interview days.

Support with running virtual and in person interview days

Support with diversity in BCG Brussels

Support with recruiting mailbox as and when required

Attending on campus events, virtual presentations as and when required

Post-campaign follow-up including system updates and support with reel-in events

Ad hoc project work
What You'll Bring
-
Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is desirable,(including previous experience working with Eightfold and WorkDay but not essential)

Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required

The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods

Proactive and taking the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working

Enthusiastic with a positive “can-do” attitude

Being able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates

In this position you will be the database administrator and must be extremely effective in dealing with large amounts of information, work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively

This is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism

Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling element

Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively

Attention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken

Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential
