As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of the breakfast buffet. Thanks to your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for hospitality, guests will start their day in the best possible way.
Tasks
- Prepare and present the breakfast buffet according to the highest quality standards.
- Cook hot and cold breakfast dishes.
- Ensure an attractive and well-maintained buffet setup.
- Replenish and monitor products throughout service.
- Oversee hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines.
- Manage inventory and proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Actively respond to guest requests and preferences.
Profile
- Experience in a kitchen role, preferably in breakfast service or hotel kitchen.
- Early riser who enjoys working morning hours.
- Passion for fresh products and high-quality presentation.
- Independent, organized, and able to handle stress.
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays.
