I’m currently looking for a highly experienced IT Director to join a dynamic environment in Brussels on a long-term freelance basis.

In this role, you will:
- Define and drive the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and inspire IT teams (internal & external) -
- Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity -, and transformation initiatives
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of IT systems -
- Manage budgets -, vendors, and key partnerships
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and leadership -
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across IT services -
- What is Expected From You
- Proven experience as an IT Director / Head of IT (or similar leadership role)
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, governance & operations
- Solid background in complex IT environments and transformation programs -
- Good knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture -
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -
- International experience is a plus -
