IT Cloud System Engineer
Role
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of the infrastructure and deployment processes of critical workloads, ensuring the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. The candidate must have a deep knowledge of Azure, Azure Devops, containers, Kubernetes, and have a very strong Infrastructure as Code mindset. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
The candidate will develop and maintain a hybrid (cloud and on-premise) infrastructure, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance) and, with a cloud-first mindset, implement migrations with the supervision of a cloud architect. The candidate will also support development teams with deployment and configuration of their workloads, and promote their autonomy by providing solution templates.
Responsibilities
- Implement AKS-based solutions to host and monitor applications.
- Implement a secure and highly available Azure infrastructure favoring SaaS and PaaS, instead of VM-based solutions.
- Lead initiatives in respect to migration to Azure, by assessing legacy infrastructure, reviewing design with the architects and ensuring implementation.
- Support development teams with deployment and configuration of their applications
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members

3+ years experience working with Azure
2+ years experience working with Kubernetes, preferably AKS
2+ years Experience with Azure Devops
Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Azure CLI, Powershell, ARM templates, Bicep, Helm and Azure Pipelines.
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Azure workloads
Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory, and SQL Server
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
CKAD, CKA or Azure certifications a plus
- .NET and SQL development fundamentals a plus
Rémunération : 550,00€ à 700,00€ par jour
