You will join our Brussels recruitment team, dedicated to bringing exceptional talent to our office. You will focus on campus recruiting and organizing student events, collaborating closely with our 2-member recruitment team, consultants, and the entire office.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from universities, managing relationships with student and study associations, and coordinating recruitment events that reflect McKinsey's values and culture.
