About Orac
At Orac, we don't see walls as surfaces. We see them as blank canvases. What we create is not decoration, but the elements that define how a space feels. For over 50 years, we've been refining that craft. Combining tradition with innovation and design thinking with industrial precision.
We work with people who care about detail. Because detail is never just a detail: it's what makes something feel right.

The opportunity
This isn’t a support role. From day one, you’re in the mix:
You’re involved in the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising.
In your first year: structured guidance from an experienced TA team, at your own pace.
From year two: full autonomy and ownership of your own recruitment portfolio.
An international environment: hiring managers across functions, countries and cultures.
What you'll be doing
You’re the person candidates remember, from first message to signed contract.
You reach out proactively: Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, creative outreach. Talent doesn’t just apply; you find it.
You interview in a structured, competency-based way: assessing skills, drive and cultural fit.
You write honest, substantive candidate assessments that genuinely steer hiring decisions.
You act as a sparring partner to hiring managers: advising, challenging, aligning.
You build talent pools for future growth, not just today’s vacancies.
You show up at job fairs and campus events, and build real school partnerships.
You help shape how we recruit: processes, tools, employer branding.
You’re curious about AI and digital tools that make recruitment smarter.
Who you are
Fresh graduate in HR, communication, economics or a recruiter at an agency ready to go in-house.
Genuinely curious about people. You listen well and ask sharp questions.
Flexible and energised by change. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
Structured enough to juggle multiple processes without dropping the ball.
Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and AI tools, or excited to learn.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
Not sure you tick every box? If this role feels right to you and you recognise yourself in the way we work, we'd still like to hear from you.
What makes this role worth it
A structured learning path in year one. You are supported, not left to figure it out alone.
Full ownership of your own recruitment portfolio from year two.
Direct impact on a fast-growing, internationally active company.
A warm HR team, open to new ideas and modern recruitment approaches.
An attractive salary package including net allowance, meal vouchers, group insurance, DKV hospital insurance (family included), and a bicycle lease after one year.
Exclusive perks: employee discounts on Orac products, plus deals with 200+ partner companies across travel, fashion, food, electronics, and entertainment.
Hybrid working, with home office possibilities.
At Orac , passion, inspiration and loyalty are more than words. They shape the way we work together. We offer a dynamic, stable environment where your commercial impact is seen and rewarded. We look forward to welcoming you in the team!
