Rogue Europe is looking for an enthusiastic retail sales advisor to join our team! You are on the front lines and act as an ambassador for the Rogue brand. Help us create a memorable customer experience by sharing your knowledge and passion for physical fitness. This role is on a full-time Tuesday through Saturday basis.

Position Responsibilities

Welcome and deal directly with customers.

Assist and advise customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Build rapport and follow up on customer interactions.

Proactively ensure the store is properly stocked and presentable at all times.

Report on daily goals/issues

Communicate customer/business issues

Host and cater to athletes and coaches during seminars and coaching events.
Position Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Any additional language skills are a plus.

Knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace and the MS Office package.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Knowledge of and affinity with barbell sports and exercise equipment (CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and/or Bodybuilding,...).
