About the Role
You will be working in an international company managing operations for a prestigious global account. This role focuses on on-site facility operations, building strong working relationships with key client representatives and suppliers/service providers.
The Campus Environment: Our client's campus comprises 14 buildings spread horizontally across the site, creating a dynamic working environment. You'll be actively moving throughout the campus daily—physical activity and mobility are integral to this role!

Core Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
Deliver customer services, soft services, and employee experience initiatives
Manage service lines including Cleaning, Landscaping, Waste Management, and Pest Control
Utilize JLL ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and data analysis platforms
Complete inspections and client requests within established timing goals
Support storage and locker access management, ensuring compliance
Maintain accurate inventory documentation
Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E)
Participate actively in the on-site Safety Program team
Report unsafe activities, good catches, and near misses
Manage chemical clearance processes and safety compliance
Finance & Data Management
Manage service line budgets, identifying cost savings while maintaining client satisfaction
Ensure accurate and timely monthly scorecards, reports, surveys, and audits
Team Coordination & Communication
Implement and adapt global initiatives to site requirements
Develop communication tools to keep clients informed and satisfied
Collaborate with colleagues in a "One Team Spirit" to deliver quality service
Support special projects and operational process improvements
Performance Objective
Achieve User Satisfaction targets and excel in Key Element Assessment surveys.
Work Schedule
On-site position: Daily presence required.
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one-hour break)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (one-hour break)
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in multi-cultural, dynamic corporate or hospitality environments
Fluent/Good level in French, Dutch and English (business language)
Proven expertise delivering high-quality facility services
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
Passionate about customer experience and proactive problem-solving
