As a Stock Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory data at all times and maintaining consistency across all internal and external systems. In this role, you will work closely with our internal Logistics team and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses to ensure the smooth execution of all operational processes.

Manage and control inventory across all storage locations.

Perform daily reconciliation between physical inventory and SAP/IT inventory records.

Analyze, monitor, and resolve issues related to EDI flows between Lutosa and external warehouses to prevent operational disruptions and delays.

Provide daily operational support to all departments and warehouses for any operational questions or issues, particularly when no resolution has been provided or response times are excessively long.

Manage return flows by monitoring returned goods despite the absence of automatic EDI signals.

Process inventory adjustments, handle pallets removed from stock, and ensure mandatory transfer to the designated virtual storage location prior to processing.

Virtual inventory management:

Analyze inventory or reservation discrepancies causing stock blocks.
-
Conduct ongoing root cause analysis.
-
Resolve SSCC errors and pallet exchange discrepancies through inventory corrections, pallet reintegration, inventory alignment, and initiation of control stock counts.

Monitor and reconcile interim inventory accounts.
-
Reintegrate lost pallets into inventory.
-
Regularly review correction lists and inventory adjustments.

Manage inventory write-offs (expired, unsellable, etc.) in accordance with the S&OP guidelines and proactively propose improvement actions based on analysis.

Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics, and Transportation teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues.

Correct and realign data through SAP transactions.

Resolve EDI transaction errors, perform root cause analyses, and contribute to corrective system improvements.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions under supervision.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, including ROI assessments.

Coach and support colleagues in resolving operational issues independently while remaining available to provide guidance and oversee implemented actions.

Conduct monthly review meetings with external warehouses to strengthen collaboration and improve issue resolution.

Provide on-site support and maintain close operational relationships with key 3PL partners.

Drive inventory quality within the 3PL network and anticipate potential inventory blocks or stock shortages resulting from quality code changes by promoting effective communication with the Quality department.

Act as back-up for the Order Planning Administration function.

Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.

Strong understanding of end-to-end sales, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Experience with EDI is an asset.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an asset.

Proficiency in data entry, data management, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
