As a Performance Marketeer, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns. You work for various international brands. You work with diverse channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media. You analyze data, set up A/B tests, and translate insights into concrete action points to maximize results. In addition, you dive into advertising challenges on both a strategic and operational level for our marketplace team.
What will you do?
Setting up, managing, and optimizing SEA, social, and display campaigns
Data analysis and reporting of campaign performance, both internally and to the client
Executing A/B tests and implementing improvements
Collaborating with other teams to increase conversions; you like to look beyond your own scope to optimize results - you are a true team player
Staying up to date with the latest trends in performance marketing; you are given the autonomy to do so
Working on the advertising challenges of the marketplace team. You work strategically and operationally together with the team.
Your Profile
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other advertising platforms
You are results-oriented and enjoy experimenting with new strategies
Experience with e-commerce and/or marketplaces is a plus
