The Fiber Technology Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic networks and devices. You would join various teams working in Agile mode for projects in the Telecom sector.

- mproving the fiber configuration and examining how different technologies can be upgraded or optimized. Having a good understanding of PON technology is a strong advantage.
E- stablishing, maintaining and updating design standards to support the growth of the network and the products delivered with their failover solutions and agreed service levels.
C- reating technical documentation to help the construction and maintenance teams, as well as their external partners such as training documentation, installation guidelines and measurement procedures.
C- ontinually improve the materials used for building and maintaining activities.
F- ollowing new developments and investigating how innovation can create an impact.
O- ffer support to different units within the organization, and our partners. This involves providing help on design, consultation and help on installation of materials, direction on conducting quality assessments. The “train the trainer” approach is often used here.
S- et up and improve regular reporting related to network infrastructure. Familiarity with inventory and GIS tools is a benefit
