We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor to strengthen our project execution team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-site activities during the installation and commissioning of our automated warehouse systems. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and safety, and ensure that all work is carried out according to project requirements and standards. You will be part of an international organization experiencing strong growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site installation activities for automated systems and equipment.
- Coordinate and guide subcontractors, ensuring their work is carried out safely, efficiently, and
according to specifications.
- Report daily on site progress to ensure transparent communication and accurate project
follow-up.
- Monitor project progress, report deviations, and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform quality checks and ensure that all installation work meets technical and safety
standards.
- Organize and participate in site meetings with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Support commissioning activities in close collaboration with engineers, project managers and subcontractors.
- Serve as the key on-site point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Participate in international projects and travel when required.
- Provide support to the NCA team during PLC commissioning and system startup
- Provide standby support during system startup
