As Scrum Master, you are responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver value efficiently and sustainably.
You facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, foster collaboration across teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Acting as a servant leader, you help create a transparent, empowered, and high-performing team environment focused on delivering high-quality products.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team (according to Agile principles)
- During the last 2 years, you have held a role of Scrum Master was the sole responsibility, excluding any other roles.
- At least 2 years experience working with Sitecore CMS development teams.
- At least 2 years experience working inside the railway transport domain.
- 5 years experience with Jira and Confluence
- You communicate (spoken and written) in English, Dutch and French at least C level
- Able to come at the office 2 days a week (Monday mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams, including coordinating team activities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as evidenced by at least 2 previous assignments.
- Proven experience coaching or mentoring team members, facilitating meetings or workshops, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders within software development projects for at least 10 years in a company larger dan >200 persons.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to the timely delivery of software projects, including identifying, reporting, and resolving project-related issues within the scope of the assignment. Give at least 3 examples where you demonstrated this experience.
- Proven experience facilitating collaboration between team members and stakeholders, implementing process improvements, and applying structured reporting and follow-up practices within software development projects. Provide example in at least 1 project
- Demonstrated experience working with geographically distributed or offshore development teams, including coordination of activities across different locations and time zones in at least 2 projects.
