Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
Provide ad hoc project support
Issue management and reporting
Point of contact towards internal and external clients
Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
Rolling and carrying out controls, monitoring and reporting of operational risks in the departments in scope, giving feedback of control results to the business partners and discussing action plans with the business if negative control results.
Education
Bachelor or Master degree
Required Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience
Good expertise in MS Office
Familiar with various IT Tools
Business Experience
Preferable
Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
Front-end and Back-end experience of the processes for Daily Banking activities in a banking environment
