At Vaigo, we help organisations navigate the complex world of employee mobility. Our platform simplifies mobility policy management, promotes sustainability, and empowers employees with the tools they need to move smarter.
We're an AI-first company: every hire is expected to use AI to multiply their own output, not just speed it up — we're building toward 5x productivity per person, not incremental gains. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Mobility Solutions Consultant who can blend the platform expertise of a solutions specialist with the ownership of an implementation lead. This is a junior role (0–2 years of experience) — but we don't hire junior thinking. We hire people who've already shown a truly exceptional entrepreneurial drive, and give them real ownership from day one. You'll be the person our partners turn to when closing a deal — and the person our customers turn to until they're live and getting value from Vaigo.
This role is a perfect blend of pre-sales expertise and implementation ownership. You'll support partner account managers in closing new deals with your platform knowledge — then take full ownership of leading the implementation once the deal is signed.
You will:
-
Join prospect conversations that partners bring in, acting as the platform expert in the room.
-
Answer technical and functional questions, and position Vaigo clearly against alternatives.
-
Help partner account managers close deals through credibility, not a script.
-
Lead the implementation once a deal is signed: configuring the mobility policy, coordinating the payroll integration, and guiding the customer through onboarding.
-
Own go-live for every customer you implement — you're their single point of contact from kickoff to launch.
-
Follow up after go-live to catch and resolve issues before they become escalations.
-
Use AI at every step — deal prep, configuration, follow-up — to operate at a multiple of what a traditional consultant delivers.
-
Represent the voice of the customer internally, and feed what you learn back into how we sell and implement.
-
AI-first, and AI-curious: you use AI to multiply your output, not just save a few minutes — we expect 5x productivity, and you can show concrete before/after proof.
-
A truly exceptional entrepreneurial track record: you've built, led, or grown something of your own — a business, a major project, a notable initiative — in the last few years, and can show the impact it had, not just describe it.
-
A Master's degree (typically Business and/or Engineering).
-
0–2 years of experience — this is a junior role, but not a junior bar. We're looking for what you've already proven you can do, not years on a CV.
-
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English — you move easily between customer profiles, from HR contact to CFO.
-
A real passion to understand — you want to learn, know, and find out, until it really clicks and you truly get it. A self-learner who picks up new platform, regulatory, and customer knowledge in days, not months.
-
An entrepreneurial mindset day-to-day — you take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-
A proactive and results-oriented mindset — you're always one step ahead.
-
Strong communication skills — equally comfortable in a sales room and in front of a CFO.
-
A collaborative spirit — you enjoy working with others, welcome feedback, and share your wins and learnings.
-
A dynamic role in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, where your contribution directly impacts the company’s success.
-
A hybrid model with at least 2 office days per week in Leuven (near the train station), and the option to work four weeks per year abroad.
-
A full-time contract (40h/week), with the possibility of part-time options (36h or 32h).
-
Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a forward-thinking company.
-
Regular team-building activities and after-work drinks.
At Vaigo, we thrive on initiative, impact, and collaboration. Our team is driven by expertise and focus, creating an environment where everyone contributes to shaping the future of corporate mobility. Expect open communication, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference in a fast-growing SaaS company.
