We are looking for a reliable and professional Site Access Officer to join our team on an active construction site in Mons. This is not a licensed security role, it is a site coordination position with real responsibility. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering the site, controlling access to specific zones and the main gate.
What you will do
- Control access to the site gate and restricted zones
- Verify authorisations and credentials of personnel and visitors
- Monitor comings and goings and maintain a daily access log
- Enforce site safety and access rules at all entry points
- Coordinate with site management and other teams on-site
- Report any irregularities or security concerns promptly
What we're looking for
- Valid VCA certificate or equivalent recognised safety certification
- Lives in Belgium and legally authorised to work in Belgium
- Able to commute independently to Mons (no accommodation provided)
- Good command of English: working language on site
- No private security licence required
- Serious, punctual, and comfortable in an active construction environment
What we offer:
- Hourly rate: €16.818
