As a Customer Service representative, you are the main point of contact for the B2B clients in your portfolio. You manage customer orders from A to Z via SAP (from entry to delivery).You anticipate and handle unexpected issues and last-minute changes, ensuring you provide efficient and tailored solutions to your clients.
You update customer records, deliver reliable and high-quality service to maintain strong long-term relationships, and coordinate communication between the various stakeholders (clients and the different internal departments involved, etc.).
Your profile

You are bilingual Dutch / French.

You are comfortable using MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset.

You already have initial experience in planning/dispatch, including managing unexpected situations and operational priorities.

You are multitasking, well‑organised, proactive and have strong communication skills.
