Your Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately registering and tracking inventory movements and transactions in our system.
- Documents & Logistics: Preparing, checking, and following up on the necessary transport and customs documents for international shipments.
- Operational Follow-up: Administratively supporting purchases, sales, transfers, and shipments from start to finish.
- Professional Contact: Communicating smoothly and correctly with international offices, carriers, suppliers, and clients.
- Quality Control: Accurately checking and completing operational files and data.
- Administrative Office Support: Proactively supporting the daily operations of the office.
Your Profile
- You work accurately, in a structured manner, and attach great importance to reliability and discretion.
- You are stress-resistant and can multi-task smoothly when different files require your attention at the same time.
- You are comfortable taking responsibility, working independently, and following up on your tasks accurately and consistently, with support where needed.
- You are computer literate, quick to learn new software, and have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch and English.
- You have initial relevant professional experience in administration, inventory management, operations, or international logistics. Experience in the diamond sector or a similar quality-driven environment is a strong asset.
