As a Customer Service Officer, you play a key role in the day-to-day management of customer orders and in the satisfaction of our key partners. You will ensure a rigorous monitoring of operations, in close collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Primary responsibilities:

Together with your colleagues, you ensure punctual order processing, ensuring that shortages are minimized, and complying with procedures for express deliveries, samples and complaint handling.
With your knowledge of internal procedures and transactions, you aim for an optimal level of service across the different departments.

You actively contribute to the standardization, documentation and implementation of processes, and support the training of colleagues.
With your analyses, you enable preventive interventions and contribute to the continuous optimization of procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
You create or adjust customer master data and support your colleagues in their proper understanding and use

You place the customer at the center of your priorities, provide appropriate responses to requests and complaints, propose concrete areas for improvement and ensure their implementation.

You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service
You have very good experience in Export & non-Export

You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a real interest and keen eye for detail.
You are administratively rigorous and able to keep a good overview.
You are stress-resistant, action-oriented and have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
You have a good knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process as a whole.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or you have equivalent experience.
A good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is recommended.
Knowledge of SAP S&D is a must.
Knowledge of an EWMS system is a plus.
