Your mission

Support and further develop threon’s subcontractor ecosystem by ensuring high-quality staffing and operational excellence across consulting and project/program management assignments.

The role focuses on identifying the best possible staffing setup within the broader threon context — balancing internal consultants and subcontractors based on client needs, quality, availability, and strategic fit.

In addition, the role contributes to the growth of threon’s external consulting capability by actively managing and expanding a trusted network of subcontractors, supporting commercial opportunities, and helping build a scalable operational foundation for future growth.
Your responsibilities
Drive Staffing & Operations

Own and coordinate staffing across consulting and project assignments

Match client needs with the right subcontractor—fast and accurately

Maintain full visibility on availability, skills, and planning

Ensure smooth delivery, including extensions, contracts, and follow-up
Build & Grow the Subcontractor Network

Develop and manage a strong network of freelance consultants and partners
-
Build lasting relationships and continuously expand the ecosystem
-
Screen and onboard subcontractors (skills, fit, rates, availability)
-
Keep a clear and up-to-date view of capabilities and engagement status
Support Business Growth

Proactively connect available talent to commercial opportunities
-
Partner with sales and account teams to strengthen proposals and pipeline
-
Anticipate extensions, gaps, and risks in assignments
-
Support tenders and identify opportunities linked to network capacity
Improve & Scale the Engine

Strengthen and streamline subcontractor processes and workflows
-
Take ownership of improvements and drive operational excellence
-
Help build a scalable subcontractor capability for future growth
Who are we looking for?
- 2–4 years’ experience in staffing, recruitment, resource planning, or consulting operations

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Hands-on mindset with a high sense of ownership

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial awareness and interest in business growth

Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Confident in discussions around planning, rates, and subcontractor management

High energy, initiative, and learning agility

- Experience within consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations

Experience working with freelancers / subcontractors

Prior exposure to resource planning or staffing activities

Familiarity with public tenders & platforms and/or consulting sales processes

Understanding contracts and commercial agreements
