Job description:
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint/SPFx Technical Consultant for the development and implementation of a Project Document Landing Zone within our SharePoint environment. The consultant will be responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of custom SharePoint Framework components.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions for the project documentation environment.
- Implementing document management solutions within SharePoint Online.
- Configure and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries and lists.
- Integration with Microsoft 365 services and external systems
- Ensuring security best practices and governance guidelines
- Documenting technical architecture and solutions
- Providing deployment and troubleshooting support
- Frozen Technical Competencies
- SharePoint Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint site architecture, permissions and content types
- Experience with SharePoint REST APIs
- Knowledge of SharePoint search configuration and optimization
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Proven expertise in SPFx development (web parts, extensions, library components)
- Experience with SPFx version 1.16 or higher
- Knowledge of Adaptive Card Extensions (ACE) development
- Experience with SPFx deployment pipelines and ALM
Development skills:
- Experience with React and Office UI Fabric/Fluent UI
- Knowledge of Node.js and npm package management
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and SharePoint development tools
- Git version control and branching strategies
- Backend ( Java)
- Spring boot experience
- Java 21+
- Microsoft Authentication Library
- Experience with containers (Docker desktop experience is a plus)
- Azure stack experience
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript
