As a Meeting & Event Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel.
Together with the Meeting & Events Organizer, you help with the organization and progress of the reservation and the clear communication of this within the hotel. An important aspect of the position is maximizing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling. Of course, you have strong communication skills, which means that our customers continue to book with nhow Brussels with great pleasure and confidence, partly due to your organizational talent.
Associated tasks are:
- Support in handling group reservations.
- Support with site inspections.
- Drafting and sending revised confirmations, contracts, and pro forma invoices supplemented with the necessary appendices and documentation.
- Entering all details into the reservation system.
- Making deviating agreements in consultation with your direct supervisor, for example, discounts and deviating conditions.
- Monitoring the progress of the reservation, whereby you create and maintain a file.
- In addition, you ensure good cooperation both internally and with our customers.
