What you’ll do
As a Junior Functional Analyst, you will:
Gather requirements

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs

Document requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
Analyze business processes

Analyze existing processes and identify pain points

Propose optimized solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Translate needs into functional specifications

Convert business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications

Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
Collaborate across teams

Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers

Ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
Support testing & validation

Define test scenarios together with testing teams

Validate delivered functionality against requirements
Support users & change

Assist end users during implementations or enhancements

Contribute to user training, documentation, and support
Drive continuous improvement

Education

You are graduating or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Or another relevant domain aligned with functional analysis
