Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Digital Channel Advisor. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the digital transformation of leading organizations.
Responsibilities:

Promote digital channels within the client’s entity and sell suitable digital tools to clients based on their needs.

Guide clients in activating digital channels and coach the sales organization to autonomously drive digital adoption among customers.

Act as the main driver of local digitalization initiatives and regularly report progress to both local and central management.

Report to the Regional Director Local Business and collaborate closely with central teams such as SCS CB – G2M, Process & Product Managers, and Servicing & Sales Support Channels.

Coordinate with other digital ambassadors and focus on Easy Banking Business, while also promoting the full range of digital channels and products (Centric, Isabel, Docusign, etc.) in collaboration with other departments.

Serve as the regional point of contact for Open Banking topics.

Ensure that colleagues in the region have up-to-date knowledge of digital channels.

Monitor, together with local management, the progress of local equipment and activation.

Share knowledge and customer feedback within the Digital Community.

Support the sales organization in your region with complex activation cases for Easy Banking Business and provide technical assistance as needed.

Stay informed about the latest developments in all channels and the complete digital offering, including monitoring competitors.

Propose functional improvements, optimizations, or new services based on input from clients and sales.
Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch (native level), very good command of French, and ability to process documents and presentations in English.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in the banking sector.

Solid knowledge of digital banking: familiarity with the functional aspects of digital channels and related processes, and sufficient technical knowledge to assist clients with e-channels.

Ability to structure digitalization initiatives in the region, collaborate closely with ARM & RM in various entities, and provide follow-up for regional management and central teams.

Affinity for promoting digital solutions in a corporate sales environment and eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Banking Business, products, and services.

Independent and dynamic, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at different locations in the Vlaams-Brabant and Brussels region. Telework is possible after initial training and with management approval.
