We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager Indirect Sales to drive our growth strategy across North Africa.
Your tasks:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia. Be ready to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Build and maintain relationships with end customers, partners, EPCs, and key accounts
- Drive both product business and project development for local partners
- Expand market presence and knowledge in assigned territories
- Evaluate and onboard potential new partners
- Prepare monthly forecasts and quarterly management summaries
- Monitor and report on business opportunities and project acquisitions
- Participate in monthly alignment calls regarding Buildings Portfolio performance
- Deliver regular updates on market situation, economic conditions, and business prospects to both internal and external stakeholders
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales in building automation within North African markets.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, preferably with an existing network in the North African construction sector.
- Fluency in French and English. Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in building technologies and solutions, with understanding of smart building technologies.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in product business sales. In project business is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of the Siemens portfolio and solutions is an advantage.
