As the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you are supporting your business counterparts in achieving financial targets and influence business decisions through objective financial analysis.
You are working closely with the Director FP&A in in all financial aspects in terms of reporting, planning, analysis, performance management and business understanding from a financial perspective.
- Business Partner – Support business counterparts (a) in achieving financial targets through in-depth analyses, sharing of key financial insights (standard and ad-hoc reportings) and (b) in taking day to day and strategic business financial decisions.
- Reporting and Controlling – Analysis and reporting of financial performance in a timely manner with recommendations where appropriate..
- Financial planning – Including forecasting, estimates and supporting the strategic direction for the country in scope and developing these into short (Forecast), medium (Budget) and long term plans (MTP)
- Process Improvement – Be source of proposals regarding existing processes improvement and simplification.
- Great level of English with very good level of Dutch or French and an understanding level of the other language
- Strong systems experience and knowledge IT infrastructure / systems processes as well as knowledge in Microsoft Office and BI tools
- Experience in a financial role, & controlling role (minimum of 4 years, besides that any level of seniority is welcomed)
- Very good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Have strong customer focus and a value creation mindset
- Willingness to act proactively by identifying opportunities, anticipate changes and challenge status quo
- Organised working style, capable to handle large variety of complex subjects
- Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter and able to be pragmatic when it comes to delivering results
- Team player with good sense of office humour
