To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator.
Job Description
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations. You will act as a key link between warehouse staff, customers, transport providers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliations.
- Process warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare and follow up warehouse schedules and operational planning.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support customs and logistics documentation processes.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and inventory issues.
- Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English or Dutch
- Knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
Pay: From €2.800,00 per month
