For a mission at BNP Paribas Fortis, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Investment Team.
The role focuses on transactional investment processes (orders, payments, securities flows) and aims to ensure knowledge continuity, especially in a context of upcoming retirements.
Analyze and support investment processes (orders, payments, transactions)
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
Ensure knowledge transfer and process continuity
Identify and implement improvements in workflows and systems
Document processes, initiatives, and changes
- Junior Business Analyst (2–3 years experience)
2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or operations
Interest in financial markets and investments
Willingness to learn trading and payment flows
Curious, proactive, and analytical mindset
- Senior Business Analyst (5+ years – Plug & Play)
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets
Background in BNY Mellon, Euroclear, or similar is a plus
Solid knowledge of securities and trading flows
Autonomous and able to be operational quickly
