Description
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Lead and manage a team of around 10 Account Managers (mix of junior and senior profiles)

Act as coach, and inspiration source for the team

Strong focus on coaching in the field
- Provide continuous feedback and translate strategy into concrete actions

Focus on Flemish Brabant area

Drive commercial growth while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships

Stay close to the business

Maintain contact with key accounts and step in when needed

Report directly to the Sales Director
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

At least 5 years of commercial experience

Proven experience managing teams

Strong sales mindset
- Experience in B2B direct sales environments

Affinity with construction sector is a plus

Strong coaching capabilities

Resilient, ambitious, transparent, and hands-on

Analytical, structured, and result-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Dutch, English - French is a strong asset
