Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a talented InterSystems IRIS Dataplatform Administrator/Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is part of an ambitious digital and organizational transformation project, focusing on modernizing processes and enhancing operational support through data-driven services.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, manage, and optimize a critical InterSystems IRIS database environment with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and continuity of police information systems.

Perform operational database management tasks including health-checks, monitoring, patch management, journaling, mirroring, and fail-over tests.

Engage in data modeling and integration, working with globals/SQL tables, business services, processes, and operations.

Optimize performance and scalability through index analysis, query tuning, ECP cache servers, and shard clusters.

Design, implement, test, and document necessary components while automating deployments via GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Ansible.

Support backend application development in Python and, if necessary, the implementation and configuration of other DBMS systems.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of InterSystems IRIS (or Caché/Ensemble), particularly ObjectScript and the Python API of IRIS.

Ability to design database solutions, configure journaling/mirroring/ECP/sharding, and manage the environment securely and efficiently.

Thorough understanding of operational database management, including daily health-checks, monitoring, patch management, and configuration of journaling and fail-over tests.

Experience in performance and scalability optimization, automation using GitLab CI/CD pipelines for IRIS containers, and deployment scripts with Ansible.
