Collett & Victor believes in lasting relationships — with our clients and our people. From our ateliers in Izegem, Bruges and Lendelede, 35 skilled craftspeople create seating furniture that unites craftsmanship, comfort and design. Every piece is the result of precision, aesthetic sensibility and a deep love for the trade.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Finance & HR Coordinator who carefully manages and further professionalises the financial and administrative operations of Collett & Victor. You will be based at our atelier in Izegem.

Function

You manage the bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, bank transactions, payroll and monthly reporting to management.
You handle invoicing, debtor management and the follow-up of open projects and invoices in our ERP system (Odoo).
You optimise financial processes through digitalisation and automation where possible.
You prepare and follow up on VAT and other mandatory filings.
You finalise the annual accounts in collaboration with the external accountant.
You manage HR administration: personnel files, insurance policies and practical support for our team members.

Your profile

You hold a graduate or bachelor’s degree in an economic discipline.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance role.
You work confidently with MS Office and accounting software.
Experience with Odoo is a plus.
You work accurately, discreetly and in a structured manner.
You take initiative and proactively think along on process and administrative improvements.
You communicate fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French or English is a plus.
