Mission Overview:
At Keystone Solutions, we are seeking a Team Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site in the life insurance sector. This role involves leading and inspiring a team within the Life Operations department, which is dedicated to managing life insurance files for both corporate and individual clients.
Responsibilities:

Managing and guiding the team by providing advice and support with daily tasks, and delivering training when needed.

Prioritising the team’s weekly workload.

Identifying areas for improvement in service quality (mail, telephone, complaints management, etc.).

Bringing a customer‑focused mindset to the team by identifying the needs/expectations of clients/brokers and adapting the service accordingly.

Ensuring team performance and productivity by translating departmental objectives into clear goals.

Supporting employee development through regular one‑to‑one meetings, coaching, and evaluation of performance processes, with the support of your manager.

Leading information or project meetings.

Creating a positive and stimulating environment in which team members can thrive and further develop their capabilities.

Working together with the Life Retail Manager to define the team’s strategy.

Managing the department’s allocated budget.

Analysing potential customer complaints and proposing appropriate solutions.
Profile Requirements:

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in insurance or economics.

You are a true expert in life insurance and have an in‑depth understanding of operations in this sector.

You have at least 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.

You demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring trust within the team and achieving results through a collaborative and performance‑oriented culture.

You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, with a very good command of the other national language.

You are well‑versed in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of lean management is an asset.

You are meticulous, organised, and able to manage priorities while respecting tight deadlines.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

You have a participative leadership style and are able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
