Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will lead the delivery of critical digital platforms supporting business operations in a highly regulated environment. You will combine project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight while working with multidisciplinary teams on strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end software development projects in an Agile environment
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure, DevOps, validation, and support teams
Gather and challenge business requirements while ensuring alignment with project objectives
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates
Drive decision-making and escalation processes when required
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business representatives to prioritize initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards within a GxP-regulated environment
Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Leadership, or similar roles
Proven experience leading custom software development projects
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with backlog management and Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and resource planning
Ability to challenge requirements, manage priorities, and influence decision-making
Fluent English is mandatory; French is considered a strong asset
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams
