Elia Group is driving the decade of electrification, accelerating the energy transition and adapting to new consumption behaviours. Elia Group is building an operations team for the new Elia Digital Platform (EDP). The EDP Platform is a service-oriented, cloud-native platform that is being built to provide application teams with self-service capabilities to develop, run and operate their software products. EDP Platform provides services for application infrastructure, data, service lifecycle management, application build and delivery as well as services to operate their software products. The EDP Platform is deployed as a hybrid cloud, encompassing both private cloud and select public clouds. The EDP BE operations team will focus on the operational tasks for Elia Transmission Belgium’s private cloud.
The team is now looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer (data products) .
As a lead Cloud Platform Engineer for our data products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, monitoring, and performance of our private cloud-based services. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining and managing services and technologies within our Kubernetes infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with customer success, platform operations, software engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to enhance the performance and availability of our services.
