This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll lead Loop’s global corporate tax strategy, governance, compliance, transfer pricing and advisory activities across an increasingly complex international footprint. You’ll drive scalable tax processes, support strategic business decisions, and help minimize tax risk while enabling growth. All yours. If you've mastered corporate tax in an international environment and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work (no, not the tax rules…), this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As a highly autonomous individual contributor, you lead global corporate tax initiatives, influence decisions with significant tax implications, and establish scalable processes that support compliance, governance, and business growth.
You own Loop’s international corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance framework end-to-end.
You define and improve scalable tax processes, controls, and documentation standards.
You lead tax analysis and advisory support for strategic initiatives, including restructurings, transfer pricing projects, acquisitions, financing structures, and international expansion.
You partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to provide practical, risk-balanced tax recommendations.
You establish and maintain a proactive tax risk management framework.
You drive internal tax capability building and knowledge sharing.
You leverage tax technology and AI capabilities to improve insight and process efficiency.
You make decisions based on signal, not volume, while balancing compliance, risk, and business objectives.
Wait for endless approvals.
Hide behind processes.
Cruise quietly in the background.
Rely unnecessarily on external advisors when internal capability can be developed.
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by building scalable tax governance and compliance frameworks, identifying tax optimization opportunities while maintaining acceptable risk levels, influencing stakeholders across the business, and translating complex tax requirements into practical commercial outcomes.
8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably part of which in an international in-house corporate tax function
Deep expertise in Belgian and international corporate income tax, tax provisioning, transfer pricing, withholding taxes, and R&D-related incentives.
Strong understanding of OECD principles, international tax developments, and global business operations.
You work independently and know when to involve others.
You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity.
You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve.
You want your work to matter, not just exist.
Wait for direction instead of taking initiative.
Mistake activity for impact.
Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape.
Prefer alignment meetings over decisions.
Good. We are not looking for people to watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More: “I can’t believe we did that.” If you are like that too, press that beautiful apply button and let’s talk.
The application window closes on 26 June 2026
