Analyse and evaluate change requests
Identify solutions together with the colleagues in the squad and evaluate the different options
Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
Act as interface with the stakeholders
Bridge the business needs with IT
define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT)
Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)
