Develop sales opportunities for Woondz products across Flanders and Brussels
Open doors with hospitals, surgeons, healthcare professionals, and relevant decision-makers
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
Build strong field relationships and generate product interest through a consultative sales approach
Introduce Woondz solutions as valuable additions within clinical environments
Act as a true market hunter, focused on business development and revenue generation
Proven experience as an independent sales agent, freelance business developer, or commission-based commercial profile
Strong hunter mindset with a track record in opening new accounts
Existing network in medical devices, healthcare, surgical products, hospital sales, or adjacent sectors
Comfortable working on a commission-only model
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, results-driven, and highly commercial
Strong knowledge of Flanders and Brussels
Able and willing to integrate additional products into an existing commercial portfolio
Dutch fluency is important; French and English are strong advantages
